YOU ARE NOT ALONE

Just like our physical health, it is important to care for our mental health. These wellness tools can help you with self-care.

-Develop a strong social network.

-Be aware of stressors and how your body reacts to stress.

-Nurture yourself by exercising, eating healthy, finding hobbies, and getting plenty of sleep.

-Establish goals and prioritize your tasks.

-Cultivate a productive mind by taking breaks during the day to recharge.

-Share concerns with a counselor or other professionals.

-Say NO to extra commitments. We all likely know someone who has struggled with mental illness.

It is important to know the warning signs of someone struggling or is in crisis. If you suspect someone is suicidal take the person seriously.
